Something I’ve really gotten into during my hiatus from tumblr is kayak fishing. I’ve absolutely fallen in love with getting out on my boat and just enjoying the peace and quiet that comes with being on the water. I only marginally care if I catch anything. Obviously it’s a better day when I do, but for me it’s the time spent away from the crowds and the noise that I’m really after. A big plus for me is that my wife and son also enjoy going out with me. Now if I can just get my girls into it….
